The Rules of Success – Rule Number 4

Link: https://www.sfimg.com/ROS/ROSWorkWithWorkers

Work with the workers

Here is my folow-up to last week. Another big rule is Rule number 4. This is what you cannot ignore – or you cannot be a winner.

QUANTITY is good for one side, you are sponsoring 100s or 1000s of Affiliates, the majority
will not become active until one day (if they not opting out).

QUALITY is better. All you need is to develope 3-5 topnotch affiliates
These affiliates don’t need assistance – as they know what to do and what is needed. Bounce,
great things will happen with your commission check, when these big Aces begin building their own downline and develop new Triple Clicks Customers (PRMS) who buy regularily.

You find your top workers by checking your “My Movers“ on your SFI homepage.

Support them closely, and train them to do the things you do so that you are creating duplication and maximum leverage. Use different contacting methods: email, phone, conferences.

For your non-active, it is sufficient to write them a letter once a week, to indicate the advantages of network marketing. For CSAs in your group you can use the CSA letter and for the PSAs use the PSA letter.

For both letters you can use templates that are already stored. Or you design your own template and store it.

Your future depends on your active affiliates. Straight ahead, the financial consequences of you.
A car always needs 4 wheels – otherwise you can direct it only in the ditch.

Keep sponsoring affiliates, work with your workers, and success will happen.

Please always take care, drink enough water (3 litres are recommended), do your daily exercises and keep your desktop clean.

The Rules of Success – Today introducing Rule Number 3

url for the original: https://www.sfimg.com/ROS/ROSLeadByEx

Lead by example

you want that your affiliates sponsoring affiliates, referring TC Members as this would
give them a greater downline.

Make sure YOU are doing these things before. Do this regularily, using different ways of marketing until you find the best impact.

One time you become proficient in these things Now you can demonstrate to your affiliates that it works and that these ways are the best to become profitable.

Your affiliates are always watching you, even if there are not active. They don’t have trust in this business because they don’t trust YOU.

The affiliates need your guidance – it works only if your results are measurable and provable.
As a leader you must be strong and active all the time. Don’t leave one day out.
So your affiliates will become strong and active too, if they get convinced.

Only strong and active affiliates will give you the profit you want to achieve.

Leading by example works also in the negative: If you don’t show them some results, if you are not available every day, if you give off activities, your affiliates will do the same. They continue to dis-believe you.

This is the simplest rule: Whatever you want THEM to do, YOU do, because they are following your lead!

In SFI your success and achievement are documented on your membership page. In the upper right corner you see your own details: Name, SFI ID, rank, VersaPoints for the month and for all time.
You see the name of your sponsor and the rating you have become from your downline and
the badges you have earned so far. This is what other see when they look for your
affiliate snapshoot. Finally they see your foto.

THIS IS YOUR IMAGE

Please do your daily exercises and drink enough water. Keep your desktop clean! Stay in good health!

The rules of Success – Rule number 2

Do something to grow your business every day
SFI President Gery Carson wrote this down for a long time ago.
The link for this rule is here: https://www.sfimg.com/ROS/ROSEveryDay

Successful business cannot be reached by thinking only!
Naturally you don’t need to switch your brain off while doing business.
For a realistic business plan you need ideas at first – and goals to follow.
Then pull your hands together and start working.

Review the Power Tools which are really worth reading and applying
do it by DOING
do it by TAKING ACTION every day
do something to make your business profitable!

Have your daily focus and get into the action:
These actions can be done every day:
Follow up with recent prospects
Send out some E-Cards
Place a classified or other type of ad
Send out some postcards
Review the LaunchPad Lessons
Revies the Internet Income course
Read an SFI training article you haven’t read yet (or review one you have)
Contact your sponsor, tell him what you are doing and ask questions
Go to Google, Yahoo or Bing and search for articles on how to become a better marketer
Browse Triple Clicks for new products you can recommend to your customers
Check the SFI News and SFI Power Tip blogs
Review the Hit Tracker page to maximize your marketing efforts
Start a co-op and invite your PSAs to join
Add some prospects to your ECA-database
Review your Movers report (on your SFI homepeage)
Review your Goals on your SFI homepage
Review the latest posts on the SFI Forum

These conditions are a lot. How can you do this in 1-2 hours daily?
There is no compulsion to do everything at once – you can do with your time what is
the best for you. A working week consists of 5 days and you of course can work 7 days online. But this is up to you.
Normally Sunday is not a working day and you should not break this rule. It is enough to write your PSAs and CSAs a letter once per week.
Do your daily To-Do-List and you have completed some of these points. If you are still have a fulltime job, you can also follow these rules
– however break it down to have enough time for sleeping.
You still need a lot time for yourself: Do your daily exercises and have healthy food, drink enough water, clean your desktop.
Visit your friends and speak with them. Talk to your neighbour and to your family. They all need you.

Rules of Success – Rule number 2 -generate income in 6 different ways

There are six different ways to generate income:
1st Direct Commissions: You earn 45 % direct commisson as an Affiliate  if  eacht time a PSA buys from you or a TC Member buys from you.
2nd TripleClicks Executive Pool: SFI’s TripleClicks Executive Pool provides a simple, easy, and lucrative income stream that all SFI affiliates can tap into every month. SFI-powered TripleClicks.com is one of the fastest-growing e-commerce Website in the world, and we now put 40% of the CV of EVERY purchase–companywide–into the TripleClicks Executive Pool for our affiliates to share in!
In order to share from the Executive Pool you should soon upgrad for Executive Affiliate and do this every month! All you have to do for that is to gather 1500 VersaPoint.  Please note:  ‘For each VersaPoint (VP) you accumulate during the month, you will receive one share of the month’s pool. The more VP you score, the more you will earn from the TripleClicks Executive Pool! It’s that simple’.
3rd Co-Sponsor Commissions:  Each time an SFI affiliate that you are the co-sponsor of places an order at TripleClicks.com, you earn 15% of the CV.  For earning Co-Sponsor Commissions you must be an EA. Please read the details here: https://www.sfimg.com/Reference/CompPlan
4th TCredit Bonus: For receiving that bonus you need to be EA2 (meaning minimum 2nd month as EA) you can earn TCredits
depending on your rank: the higher your rank the more TCredits you can receive FREE.
5th ECA Referral Program  Make referrals to the TripleClicks E-Commerce Associate (ECA) Program and earn VersaPoints and lucrative royalties for life!  Minimum qualification for this: you must be EA. The ECA referral program is very powerful because all you have to do is introduce an ECA to TripleClicks and you’re all set to earn royalties for life!
6th SFI Pay-Per-Action: for this you need only to be an Affiliate.  SFI Pay-Per-Action (SFIPPA) is an optional, supplemental income program available to all SFI affiliates that allows you to act as an advertiser for SFI and earn supplemental income by getting others to take actions such as filling out forms.
There are too much information  and you must not do it all in once. You can make your choice. What is the best for you?
Then use your preferred methods and see the results. If you satified with it then you can add another income stream.
But I think – as you have read the information above – the minimum qualification you should hold every month is EA – this rank has
the most advantages. This works good – even for a long time. As an EA you a VIP (Very Important Person) for SFI and you earn much more recommendation.
I am telling you the truth. I am EA since the first month I have joined SFI. So you can do this, too.
Best wishes. My next blog (during the end of next week) will continue Rule of Success.

Introducing ‘Rules of Success’ Rule Number 1

Please pay attention to the Rules of Success – you can access the overview here: https://www.sfimg.com/ROS/ROSBizLikeBiz

Let us start with Rule number ONE:

Treat your business…like a business!

SFI founder Billy Carson is explaining here how to keep your business alive.

In order to get familiar with this business you should treat it like any other business. For a business you opreate you need: continuation from the day one and readiness. Also you need a very good knowledge about what you are selling and how you are selling. You need a business plan. Without these things don’t wonder when your business fails.
It is worthful to have a business as you have found it with SFI.

As this business is worthful it is required from all of us to  have effort and commitment.
Nothing of this kind is easy and we cannot think that we can wait until somebody pays some funds to us.
The thing is that we  should get around with our life with a long breath.
It is the same  with your hobby: if you are a collector of stamps you need to know anything  about philately and you should invest a lot of your time, visiting  specialised Exhebitions and meet others in order to exchange stamps. Finally you need  a magnifying glass and tweezers and a pair of white gloves.

Nothing else is with a business: You must know what you are selling, look for the things your audience is searching for.
Get the knowledge about it. If you want to sell products for health you should study these products carefully.
When you are familiar enough with the incredients of the products you can sell them more easily.

I would recommend to write your business plan of a piece of paper. Think about it – so you have a clear imagination of what you want to do and see yourself as a successful business man or women.

How to convince your prospects?

Tom Big ‘Al’ Schreiter is a Marketing Team Work guru. He teaches newcomers how to make Network Marketing Business a success.
I suggest that everyone should read his newsletter. Please order it here at no costs: http://www.FortuneNow.com .

It is worth reading his awesome tips. When we ask prospects to join SFI we cannot say that they all will agree and join.
But – if you use killer questions – you could convince much more.
Here are some choice of them:
*Who do you think really cares how much is in your savings account 10 years from now?
* How long will you receive a salary after you leave your job?
* Will your company still benefit from your work after you leave?
* If you wanted to stay home with your family, have you thought of other ways to get regular paychecks?
* Wouldn’t it be nice to have an extra monthly check that covers all your car payments?

My worthless sponsor should make his business cards out of toilet paper so they would at least serve a purpose.

Question: What do all your presentations have in common?

Answer:  They all offer time freedom and money freedom.

You will never have a prospect tell you:

“Oh, I don’t want to join because I don’t want any of that time freedom or money freedom. I think I’d like more debt, less money, and more time at work.”

Sounds silly, doesn’t it?

Well, if all of your prospects want time freedom and money freedom, and your presentation offers time freedom and money freedom, then why don’t all of your prospects join?

Because they don’t have the confidence that they can personally achieve time freedom and money freedom with your opportunity.

Sure, you can do it, but they don’t think they can do it.

Now here is the key. When prospects don’t have the confidence that they have the skills necessary for our opportunity, here is what most people do:

They start introducing new benefits.

They tell the prospect about three-way calls, nice brochures, perfect videos, fancy meetings, car bonuses, and lots of other nice benefits. But they are missing the point.

The prospect doesn’t think he can do it, so it doesn’t matter how wonderful the benefits are.

The solution?

Instead of talking about more benefits, concentrate on showing your prospect how simple it can be to do your business. Maybe you can give your prospect a “one-minute presentation” or a two-minute story to the subconscious mind. Just make it easy.

Give your prospect confidence that he can be successful in your business. That’s what is holding your prospect back – confidence. Image
