Today I want give some tips about sponsoring.
You know – sponsoring own Affiliates is one aspect of your business and
you may focus on that – as I do this since I have joined SFI . It is more important than
selling things from TripleClicks – you may ask ‘why’.
Because a group is always a big thing and a group can achieve more as one individual allone is able to achieve.
Do you know your Genealogy?
In this part of your SFI’ business you have an overview about your present downline as a
whole part of your marketing resources.
You see PSAs separated by Generations and you see CSAs. You see what your downline has received (in Vps) – what rank they keep and so on.
There are 2 columns:
EA VP and Non-EA VP . The Non-EA VPs should be minimal and the most Vps should
be seen in the first column (EA VP).
You also see red-flagged Affiliates – they will be soon cancelled due to inactivity.
Your work is immense important
Keep in touch with those who struggle – with those who work hard and those who
don’t know where to start and where to continue.
Build faith with your downline. There are all respectfull persons, individuals and big dreamers. They all build a second income, they want to get out of debt and they want heaven on earth (somehow) .
By the time you get used to improve the knowledge about people. This is what I have seen after 5 years in office. You know exactly how people tick.
Nobody lives in a Nutshell
We all know our places and our talents. A few of us have more talents and others have less talents. The one can do this business right away and the other type won’t learn the do’s and don’t’s in his whole lifetime. Therefore they are waiting for YOU.

Hello Entrepreneurs,
how are you? It is still cold outside – however the days become longer. Today I want to share some general hints about this and other businesses.
Over time, we encounter many tribulations that also affect our potential. During the Christmas and New Year we have different experiences and it takes time to overcome these experiences.
At the beginning of the year we think about the time ahead and we try to steer these thoughts into certain paths. We learn again what seems important to us and what it is not.
We do not want to admit that it is already a whole year behind us and a whole year ahead of us. It’s hard to get used to it.
We procastinate something
Should we hide under the blanket? Well – a little bit already. It helps to create new thoughts. These thoughts can positively affect us and the people we meet.
Instead, we should do more for our health, in this cold time, eat healthy foods,
do some exercise and re-develop a sense of fun. We have the carnival season.
As the ancients say, ‘only in a healthy body can a healthy mind survive’.
Focus on your business plan
Once you’ve recovered the fun, then you should look at your business plan.
Are the requirements still correct?
Do you need to make changes?
What do our customers, prospects and competitors expect from me?
A business is always a risk and entrepreneurs are risk-takers. However, with the help of SFI this business does not require a lot of money and is not risky.
It requires some time and that we follow up with our downline. If we stop that, nothing happens. Work with the workers.

It is your presentation
What happens when we immediately push our sales presentation on everyone we meet?
They feel as though as we are forcing our opportunity on them, no matter if they are fit for our business or not.
Instead, let’s have a conversation with prospects. Talk with them about what they want.
This is different than forcing what we have on everyone we meet. (no matter if you present your offer online or offline).
How do we do this? With questions. And then, listening.
When our prospects tell us their problems and needs, they qualify themselves as great prospects. When we listen to our prospects, we build trust and report (we give respect to the prospect).
And then – the rest is easy.
Let’s get professional
One way to get prospects to engage is by using this message:
„If I can show you how to have a four-day work week, with no loss in pay, would you like me to call you?“
Change is inevitable. Except from a vending machine.
How long does it take to be successful?
You know, a newborn baby doesn’t know how to walk. Like learning to walk, becoming successful will take time!
Can we shorten this process? We can learn the basic skills (Launchpad Lessons) as quickly as we can. Once we have our basic skills in place, then learning the rest of the skills is easy. Soon we will stay up and keep on walking. So for new sponors who want to be successful quickly?
You can help them get started by teaching them one of the basic skills, such as Launchpad Lessons or ice breakers.
